Police Department Makes Sergeant Promotion

fleckensteinjayThe Sioux City Police Department has promoted Jay Fleckenstein to rank of Sergeant.  Jay has been with the Police Department since 1997.  He has worked all three Uniform Patrol shifts, the Alcohol Safety Program, and was an Investigator for five years.  Jay has been assigned to the position of Supervisor of the K-9 Program, along with his K-9 Eik.
