Police ask for your help on citizen survey

The Sioux City Police Department is strongly committed to the practice of Community Team Policing. We want to work with the community to identify problems and develop solutions to improve citizen safety and quality of life.

We are asking Sioux City community members take a few minutes to complete a survey with links located on the Sioux City Police Department Facebook page, the City of Sioux City Website, or by going to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Q3PW983.

The survey is meant to measure how safe citizens feel in their neighborhoods and how they feel SCPD employees are performing their jobs.

The results will become a “scorecard” by which the Sioux City Police Department can monitor its performance. This information will be provided to our

Community Team Policing District Officers and Sergeants so the Department may serve you better.

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact the Sioux City Police Department’s Accreditation Assistant, Officer Mary Holzwarth, at 712-279-6423.
