Rustin Street for a report of a female struck by a vehicle. Once on scene, officers located an adult female with serious injuries. She was transported to a local hospital. A second female was also located who had been injured as a result of the accident.

Witnesses reported the suspect driver of a 2011 Dodge Journey fled the scene. Officers quickly identified the suspect and located her inside of the vehicle a short time later.
